Dear Friends & Graduates of the International Engineering Program:

Welcome to the new IEP Alumni Center.  We are excited about what we are putting together for IEP alumni, friends and supporters here, and we are very confident that this service, once completed, will be extremely helpful not only to our alumni and friends but also to our current students.

You can use these pages to keep in touch with IEP students, graduates, faculty, and staff, or to give us update on how and what you are doing.  Please use the resources you find here and let us know if we can be of any assistance.

Over the course of the next few months, we will be making many updates and changes, so please stop by often to see how we are doing.  If you have suggestions for this site or have links you would like us to add, please feel free to drop us a note at iep@etal.uri.edu.  In the future, we would like to add a Career Networking section to provide current students an opportunity to listen to and talk with a panel of alumni and employers in their fields of interest.  If you would be interested in participating in such a project, please drop us a line.

The International Engineering Program is a dual-degree program combining a B.A. in German, French and/or Spanish with a B.S. in one of the engineering disciplines.  IEP students study language and culture each semester along with their engineering curriculum. In the fourth year of the five-year program, they then go abroad as interns with engineering based firms in Europe or Latin America, and also as exchange students with one of our partner universities
