Tom Ruddy is
currently the Director of Human Resources and Organizational
Development at Siemens Corporation. His responsibilities include
recruiting service, e-HR, employee satisfaction, and the
implementation of a variety of organizational effectiveness
programs. Prior to joining Siemens in June of 2000, he spent 13
years with Xerox Corporation designing and implementing empowered
team strategies, building support structures for the Worldwide
Customer Service organization, and conducting research on knowledge
management. His work included the implementation of "Eureka" a
global knowledge sharing system for customer services
representatives. He received his PhD in Industrial and
Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in
1989. Tom lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife and two children.
