  • This year's meeting will be held on October 23-26 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island, a first-class conference facility adjacent to Rhode Island's T. F. Green State Airport (PVD).
  • To reserve a room in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, you may call 800-227-6963 (local: 401-732-6000) after April 1, 2003. Please mention that you are part of the International Engineering Colloquium. The conference rate for rooms is $135 per night plus tax.
  • Important: To receive the conference rate, please make your hotel reservations by October 1.

The International Engineering Program is a dual-degree program combining a B.A. in German, French and/or Spanish with a B.S. in one of the engineering disciplines.  IEP students study language and culture each semester along with their engineering curriculum. In the fourth year of the five-year program, they then go abroad as interns with engineering based firms in Europe or Latin America, and also as exchange students with one of our partner universities
