Rose is Vice President Human Resources, ZF Group North American
Operations. He is responsible for all human resources activities
within the region.Rose joined ZF in April 2001 and was
instrumental in establishing a corporate-wide human resources
process. He has more than 25 years experience in the field and
has held positions with Rockwell Automotive, TI Bundy and Valeo
Group. Rose is also a member of ZF Friedrichshafen AG’s Global
Human Resources Strategy Board.
He earned a master’s degree in management and labor
relations, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from
Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio.
