Yvonne Rudman is the Director for Academic and Technical Programs and Manager of the US Arabic Distance Learning Network (USADLN) in the Office of International Programs at Montana State University. She has designed and led USADLN student programs to Morocco and Egypt. Ms. Rudman has a broad background in international programming and management; she has served as the director of project transition at the Politechnica University in Bucharest, Romania, led trade missions to Mexico through MSU's tech transfer office, and written and managed grant-funded projects in partnership with universities from Australia to Azerbaijan. Ms. Rudman has been a presenter for NAFSA and NITLE sessions on the USADLN and Study Abroad Programs in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). She received her MS in Public Administration from Montana State University, is currently a doctoral candidate in the Administration of Higher Education, and serves on the university's International Programs Committee and several local boards which promote international understanding within the community.
