Stephanie Hann is a DAAD
Visiting Assistant Professor of German. She is teaching all levels of German
Language and German Studies Courses. Before joining the International
Engineering Program, she was teaching as a DAAD Professor at the Universidad de
Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico where she was chair of the German Section and
had designed courses for language teacher training. In Germany she taught at
Siemens AG and the Carl-Duisberg-Centre in Munich and worked as a instructional
designer, designing and implementing computer-based training software at Siemens
AG.
Dr. Hann’s research interests focus on intercultural
communication, the use of film and multimedia for intercultural learning,
language teaching methodology and teacher training.
