Kathrin Köhler
Kathrin Köhler is a DAAD Visiting Assistant Professor of German. She is teaching all levels of German Language and German Studies Courses.
Before joining the International Engineering Program, she was teaching at
several academic institutions in Germany, among other the Humboldt
University of Berlin, the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and the NYU Program in Berlin. Aside from this, she developed material for language training in international companies and designed
online language courses.
Besides language teaching methodology and pedagogy, Kathrin's research areas are comparative literature and film studies with a particular focus on contemporary German literature and film.
