RI-AATG Executive Board

Our chapter is one of 61 AATG chapters nationwide tasked to represent the national organization to local, state and regional AATG members. Chapter officers are elected and appointed to assist teachers and their students at all levels to maintain and improve their skills, their programs, their enrollments, and their place in the educational community.

Members of the Executive Board of the RI-AATG are normally elected for two-year terms, renewable for one more term. No president may hold the position for no more than three consecutive two-year terms (total of six consecutive years) and the office should alternate between post-secondary and pre-collegiate colleagues, whenever possible.
