Who are the organizers and
directors of the IEP?
The IEP is the product of a partnership between URI faculty and leaders
in international business and industry. The program is overseen by Dr. John
M. Grandin, Professor of German, who also oversees and coordinates the
German IEP. Mr. Richard Vandeputte, Assistant Dean of the College of
Engineering, oversees and coordinates the French IEP. Dr. Robert C.
Manteiga, Professor of Hispanic Studies and Comparative Literature, oversees
and coordinates the Spanish IEP
