Applied Biosystems QSTAR® Elite Hybrid LC/MS/MS System

The QSTAR Elite is a high performance quadrupole time-of-flight (QqTOF) mass spectrometer with a mass range of m/z 5-40,000. It includes a Turbo IonSpray probe with a flow rate range from 5 µl - 1000 µl.  The LC system is comprised of an Aglient 1100 Series HPLC with 100-position auto-sampler, diode array detector, thermostatted column compartment, and a micro vacuum degasser.  The instrument is outfitted with an integrated syringe pump for direct infusion onto the mass spectrometer.  The QSTAR system offers high-resolution molecular analysis for numerous applications.  The software package includes Analyst® QS 2.0 and Metabolite ID 1.3 for Analyst® QS 2.0.
