RI-INBRE's HP DesignJet 5500
Large Format Printer generates high quality, professional-looking
posters. The poster printing service is available to all RI-INBRE
participating research institutions. Individual researchers can use the
print service in order to present their research in poster form at various scientific events, meetings, and
conferences.

The Centralized
Research Core Facility does not provide
proof reading or laminating services in conjunction with its print
service. Please note that all posters will
be reviewed and must meet the requirements of the poster printing
service outlined below.
After our review, a confirmation email will
be send regarding its printing.
Poster Printing
Service Requirements:
- Complete
and submit the
Poster Print Request Form.
Click

- Subsequently submit the poster
Microsoft PowerPoint file by email with your Poster Print Request
Form.
- Provide
the final
version of the poster and
submit one
poster per slide.
- Send
email poster file to:
inbrelab@etal.uri.edu
ONLY.
Or hand deliver the file on CD or a USB storage device to a core
facility staff member in room 222, Fogarty Hall at URI.
- Use WHITE
or PASTEL color background designs.

Background
colors will be reviewed and changed if necessary.
- Maximum
print size should not exceed 42" high by 56" wide.
- Submit poster
on or before the scheduled Print Days (Tuesday
and Thursday).
- All
posters must be submitted no later than 12 noon.
- All posters printed by
RI-INBRE Core Research Facility require the following
acknowledgement as a footnote:
Printing service provided by the RI-INBRE Centralized Research Core
Facility supported by Grant # P20 RR16457 from NCRR/NIH.
- Poster pickup is after 4:30 PM
on the scheduled print days, unless informed differently.
- A recently printed poster will
not be reprinted, if the same or similar data is being presented
within several months of the first printing.
