Thermal Elemental Analyzer (ICP-MS)

The X Series ICP-MS is a quadrupole ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). It is a highly sensitive elemental analyzer capable of simultaneous analysis of a range of metals at parts per a billion levels. The analysis is based on coupling inductively coupled plasma as an ion source with a mass spectrometer as a method of detecting the ions. The instrument and its accessories are fully computer controlled by PlasmaLab™ software.
