The Hitachi semi-prep
unit is equipped with a L-7150 pump (flow rates 0.1 – 30 mL/min),
gradient accessory, 4-channel degasser, several Rheodyne 7725i manual
injection valves, L-7455 diode Array detector (flow cell, 3.5 uL), and a
Gilson 203B fraction collector. The system is controlled by a D-700 HPLC System Manager software package.
