The RI-INBRE Centralized Core Research Facility’s Poster Printing Service is designed primarily to provide RI-INBRE Network students, researchers, and investigators with an opportunity to present their research in poster form at a variety of scientific events, meetings, and conferences. Our HP DesignJet Z6100 Large Format Printer generates quality, professional-looking posters for display in support of these events.  Persons desiring to utilize our poster printing service must be a part of URI or an RI-INBRE Network Investigator.

Poster Print Requirements:

• Complete the on-line "Poster Printing Request Form" (Click here for form).

• Provide the final version of the poster file in Microsoft PowerPoint Format ONLY.

• Pre-pay printing fee of $50.00 per poster for non RI-INBRE participants.

• Email the poster PowerPoint file to:  inbrelab@etal.uri.edu.  Hand delivered files on a CD or a USB storage device is also acceptable.

• Submit only a single MS PowerPoint slide per poster.

• The maximum print size is 48" wide x 40" high (landscape) & 40” wide x 48” long (portrait).

• Submit poster on or before the scheduled print days (Tuesday and Thursday).

• Submit all print requests no later than 12 noon on the scheduled print days.

• Poster pick-up time is after 4:30 PM on the scheduled print days (unless notified differently).

ONLY white or very light solid colored pastel backgrounds are accepted for print.

No proof reading, re-sizing, designing, or text correcting provided.

No laminating services provided.

Note that the printing may fade will over time.
