Large Format Poster Printer

The RI-INBRE Centralized Research Core Facility’s Poster Printing Service is designed primarily to provide RI-INBRE Network students, researchers, and investigators with an opportunity to present their research in poster form at a variety of scientific events, meetings, and conferences. Our HP DesignJet Z6100 Large Format Printer generates quality, professional-looking posters for display in support of these events.  Persons desiring to utilize our poster printing service must be a part of URI or an RI-INBRE Network Investigator.

Poster Print Requirements:

  • Provide final version of poster file in MS PowerPoint or PDF Format.

  • Complete the "Poster Printing Request Form" and attach poster file.

  • Submit a single MS PowerPoint slide or PDF file per poster.

  • Maximum print size is 48" x 40" (landscape or portrait).

  • Pre-pay $50.00 print fee per poster for non RI-INBRE participants.

  • Submit requests by noon on scheduled print days (Tuesday & Thursday).

  • Poster pick-up time is after 4:30 PM on scheduled print days.

No proof reading, re-sizing, or text correcting provided.

No dark backgrounds or caption boxes are accepted for print.

No laminating services provided.

Printing may fade over time and with exposure to light.

All posters printed require the following acknowledgment:
