	VISITING NSE STUDENTS Welcome to all students that have been placed at URI as a visiting NSE student! The Office of International Education & National Student Exchange (OIE/NSE) as the liaison between your home institution and URI. The office facilitates the following services: NSE program paperwork Transition to URI Orientation Registration On-campus housing Student I.D. cards The OIE is open 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday and is located in Room 107 of Taft Hall (next to the University Library). The telephone number is (401) 874-5546. Prior to your exchange to URI the OIE/NSE will correspond with you periodically about issues related to your semester or academic year at our institution. It is important that you provide our office with your current contact information at all time so you do not miss any important information we may send you. To assist you with your exchange to URI we have created a handbook for visiting NSE students that should answer your questions regarding your exchange at URI.
