URI Faculty-Led Study Abroad Programs

The University of Rhode Island (URI) offers students the opportunity to participate in multiple URI Faculty-Led Programs. These programs take place during spring, summer and winter breaks and allow students to earn credits toward their URI or other university degree.

For URI students, many of the courses offered satisfy the URI culture and/or diversity cluster requirements; certain GenEd requirements in the Humanities; and part of the requirements for specific Majors or Minors.

URI Faculty-Led Programs are open to URI students and non-URI students, as well as degree-seeking and non degree-seeking students including: teachers, parents, and other professionals.
