URI Faculty-Led Study Abroad Program Scholarships

Office of International Education Scholarship

The Office of International Education grants funds to students participating in URI Faculty-Led Programs. Scholarships range from $100-$500.

In order to be eligible, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:


1. Must be a URI student.
2. Have been admitted into a URI Faculty-Led Education Abroad Program or submitted a  

    complete application to the Office of International Education.
3. Have not received a scholarship for a previous URI Faculty-Led Program.
4. Be willing to complete a program evaluation for the Office of International Education when

    you return from your program overseas.

Scholarship applications must be subitted to the Office of International Education by the appropriate deadline:


Spring Term: December 1st     Summer Term: May 1st        Winter Term: November 1st

 

Salamanca Summer Study Abroad Program

Any student (URI or Non-URI) participating in the URI Salamanca Summer Study Abroad Program in eligble to apply for the Salamanca Scholarship. Application deadline is May 1, 2013.

 

URI Feinstein Providence Campus - Student Govenrment Board Scholarship

The Student Government Board of the University of Rhode Island Feinstein Providence Campus makes funds available to URI students that are paying the CCE activity fee or Kingston
students who are currently taking a class at the CCE campus for participation in URI travel programs for acadmic credit. These funds are intended to assist some of the travel expenses incurred and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
