Returning to Campus

Welcome back! Below are a few tasks to finalize before the official end of your program.

Evaluation

Evaluation is an important part of the program process. It allows students to express their opinions about their experience and helps to influence improvements for future programs. The OIE will provide Program Directors with a paper-based survey which students will complete prior to the end of the program. Additionally, Program Directors are asked to complete a self-evaluation form to document their experience coordinating the program. The evaluation form is available here.

Reconciliation of Finances

Upon your return, you will meet with the OIE to reconcile outstanding finances and debrief your experience. The URI Accounting Office requires that Travel Expense Vouchers (TEV) and program advance reconciliations are submitted no later than 10 business days after the travelers return to Rhode Island.

Grades

Grade submission for winter and spring faculty-led programs follow the same calendar as spring semester grade submission requirements. Grade submission for summer faculty-led programs are due by the same calendar of the URI summer session. Grades not submitted on time will register an NR and require a change of grade form.
