The University of Rhode Island is offering a study abroad program in Cuba for the Spring 2016 semester. Cuba is the largest island in the Caribbean and home to a population of over 11 million people. It has a tropical climate with an average temperature of approximately 69.8°F in January.
The URI spring semester study abroad program is designed for students majoring or minoring in Economics, History, Spanish, Political Science, Art History, Urban Studies, Latin American Caribbean Studies, and International Relations. Students in other disciplines are welcome to apply.
