Keimyung University has a student body of 27,000. Located in Daegu, KU is a three-hour train ride from the capital city of Seoul. While at KU, you can hike on Mt. Palgong, visit the Stone Buddha on Kwanbong, and enjoy biking, swimming, and boating in nearby parks.

Keimyung University was founded in 1954 to provide higher education for the southern part of Korea. Its immediate task was to nurture young minds for the reconstruction of a war-torn country.
