New England/Québec

The New England/Québec Student Exchange Program allows URI students to spend one or two semesters at one of three English-speaking universities or 16 French-speaking universities in the province of Québec, Canada. Study in Montreal or beautiful Québec City, both providing a European feel while being just hour from URI. Québec is less than a day's drive from URI.

Eligibility Requirements

• 2.5 CPA on a 4.0 scale
• Sophomore standing
• Command of French language necessary if attending a French-speaking institution

Tuition and Expenses*

• Tuition an fees (URI in-state tuition and fees)
• Room and board - variable
• Off-campus fee $336
• Administrative fee $350
• Insurance $973**

**May be waived with proof of own insurance and completion of waiver form
