Application Procedure & Payment

2009 Instructions

Admission is by special application using the forms supplied below.  Please download and print out the following forms (in PDF format).  If you need the Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download it for free from www.adobe.com (or click on the icon below the application forms). 

Application deadline is May 22, 2009, with full payment required no later that May 31, 2009.

A complete application contains:

2009 Application Form (PDF)
2009 Program Agreement and Release Form (PDF)
2009 Excursions Form (PDF)
an updated transcript,
one letter of recommendation from a faculty member, colleague, boss, etc.
2 passport sized photographs
and a $150 deposit payable to the University of Rhode Island by check only ( Made out to "University of Rhode Island"). Your deposit will be applied toward the program fee.*

*Please note that the $150 application fee is refundable only if applicant is not accepted into the program. Program fee refunds cannot be made after June 15, 2009.
