Literary Colloquium

         
Special Feature

The literary colloquium, or "Encuentro Literario," offers Program B students the opportunity to meet personally and converse with the artist/writer of the very works/s they may be studying in class. Some of the literary figures who have been guest speakers in the colloquium include: Novelist Luis Landero, José María Merino, Luis Mateo Díez, Juan José Millás, Eduardo Alonso, Almudena Grandes Ana María Matute, Alfredo Bryce Echenique and poets Carlos Bousoño, José Hierro, and Arcadio López-Casanova, Luisa Castro, and playwriter,

Last year, Summer 2008, our Literary colloquia guests was novelist Almudena Grandes.

This summer, 2009 students will hear and meet novelist Belén Gopegui.
