The INS published a notice in the Federal Register today that adds Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Eritrea, Lebanon, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Qatar, Somalia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, or Yemen to the list of countries that must comply with Special Registration procedures. The notice is attached (SpecRegAddCountries.pdf). Citizens and nationals of these particular countries must register by January 10, 2003.
