Request for Address Update

The United State Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires that all international students and scholars holding F-1 (including those on OPT) and J-1 status inform our office of their current U.S. home address. In order for our office to verify that we have your most updated home address, we are asking you to provide us with this information. Please remember that every time you move to a new place of residence you MUST inform our office within 10 days of your move. In turn our office will notify USCIS electronically through the Student and Exchange Visitor information System (SEVIS).
