Welcome to URI as International Students and Scholars

When you arrive at URI as an international students (F1 Visa Status) or a scholar (J1 Visa status), first of all, you must come to inform the OISS about your arrival and your current address intended to stay during your study. Before coming to the OISS, you can download the registration form and complete it and bring to the OISS.

Then check activity calendar to come and join us. Especially, do not forget to come and attend Welcome Orientation of OISS.

if you are an international student of other university and want to transfer to URI, you need to fill the transfer form and bring to OISS office together with all necessary documents.
