ITS Handouts ("How To" Documents)
The ITS staff produces applications, service request forms, and instructional materials covering all supported computing platforms. The materials are updated as frequently as software and hardware changes dictate. Applications and service request forms requiring a signature can be printed off the Web and submitted at the Help Desk in the Library, LL19.
