Job Description:  Supervise and assist with managing web and desktop support related projects.  Assist with enhancements and maintenance of the Enrollment Services website and Intranet which includes but is not limited to: (1) creating and updating web page content and PDF forms, (2) utilizing tools to maintain website integrity (3) archiving pages and documentation, (4) conducting surveys (5) performing and monitoring web statistics (6) Assist with evaluating web standards, needs, tools and software.

Supervise and manage projects for undergraduate technical student.  Desktop support entails the following:  (1) hardware, software and minor network troubleshooting, (2) deployment, and maintenance of desktop computers, printers, and related equipment; (3) hardware/software inventory, (4) documentation of procedures.

In addition, perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including the duties of undergraduate student technical workers.

Experience:  Requirements include at least 6 months experience with the following: DreamWeaver, HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional; Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
