The files in PictureViewer format are from an interactive CD, which was created, reproduced, and distributed to public schools in Rhode Island as part of a grant received by Professors Martha Patnoad and Lori Pivarnik of CELS. The CD teaches grade school students proper food handling, storage, and safety issues. The following media was used:
