Introduction
Classroom Media Assistance provides URI faculty and staff with same-day equipment loan for teaching and research. The equipment can be picked up and returned in the Language Learning Resource Center in room 301.
This equipment cannot leave the building!
Prior to making your equipment request, please check:
The Enrollment Services Classroom Directory to see what equipment is already permanently installed in your classroom.
The list of ITMS equipment available for same-day loan.
To request classroom equipment, fill out and submit the Reservation Request form.

- Allow at least two business days to process your request.
- All requests are subject to equipment availability.
- You will be notified via e-mail when your equipment has been successfully scheduled or if we are unable to fill your request.
