Media Rack Keys: Keys are issued by ITMS in the URI Library, LL4, unless otherwise specified under Additional Information listed for each room.

Room View and Equipment Instructions

Note:

  • Laptop computers are not stationed in the rooms.
  • All media must be reserved via the Web reservation form.
  • Training is required for first-time users.
  • Media rack keys will not be issued unless first-time users undergo equipment training/orientation.
  • Test-swipe your access-activated URI ID card to unlock and relock your assigned room at least 1 business day prior to your first class meeting. Refer to: How to Use the Electronic Access System.
