  • State Laws: Provides the full text of each state’s labor laws relating both to the powers and duties of agencies that enforce and administer the law and to labor-management relations and employment practices. Digests of other state labor laws are also given.
  • Labor-Management Relations/Decisions of Boards and Courts: Includes summaries of the week’s most important NLRB cases and the full text of major opinions from federal and state courts. Cumulates three times per year as Labor Relations Reference Manual (Ser. KF3364 .B8 L3) Library has 1935/38– .
  • Fair Employment Practices: Contains text and explanation of federal and state laws, orders, regulations, and policy statements on fair employment topics relating to age, race, religion, sex, national origin, maternity/paternity, etc. Reports the most important court decisions in these areas. Decisions are cumulated three times per year as Fair Employment Practice Cases (Ser. KF3464 .A514). Library has 1969– . Also includes subscription to newsletter Fair Employment Practices Summary of Latest Developments.
  • Wages and Hours: Contains the full text and explanation of laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Portal-to-Portal Act, the Equal Pay Act, and Public Contracts Acts, plus the text of wage and hour regulations, opinion letters, relevant federal, state, and administrative cases, and sample forms. Cases are cumulated as Wage and Hour Cases (Ser. HD4974 .W3). Library has 1942– .
  • Labor Arbitration and Dispute Settlements: Contains the full text of rulings issued by arbitrators, fact-finding bodies, and other agencies concerned with the settlement of labor-management disputes. Cumulated twice per year as Labor Arbitration Reports (Ser. HD5487 .U5 L3). Library has 1946– .
  • Individual Employment Rights: Contains text and explanation of federal and state laws and regulations on individual employment rights such as privacy, polygraphs, drug and alcohol testing, surveillance, political activities, whistleblowing, defamation, etc. Reports the most important court decisions in these areas. Decisions are cumulated as Individual Employment Rights Cases (Ser. KF3421.5 .L33). Library has 1987– . Also includes subscription to biweekly newsletter Individual Employment Rights Newsletter.
  • Americans with Disabilities Cases: Contains the full text of decisions from federal and state courts and federal agencies relating to discrimination based on physical or mental disabilities.
