- Wages and Hours: Contains the full

- Individual Employment Rights:
Contains text and explanation of federal and state laws and regulations on individual
employment rights such as privacy, polygraphs, drug and alcohol testing, surveillance,
political activities, whistleblowing, defamation, etc. Reports the most important court
decisions in these areas. Decisions are cumulated as Individual Employment
