- Includes Supreme Court decisions from 1790-, briefs (working papers of
parties filed before the case is argued), and previews (pre-analysis of
upcoming cases by legal experts). Searchable by keywords, persons
involved, and dates. Access to Shepard's Citation Service, which maps
where cases have been cited or superseded. Shepard's can be searched

arguments. Also provides transcripts of all oral arguments heard
