Faculty Publications, 2010 Display and Publications Compiled by Margaret J. Keefe 651 Faculty - 2094 Items This compilation of URI faculty publications is intended to record the research and artistic accomplishments of all the faculty, including temporary, emeritus, clinical, research, adjunct, and visiting faculty. Students and staff are not included except for Administration Officers of the University. Faculty Publications includes books, book chapters, journal articles, proceedings, book reviews, technical reports, patents, abstracts, newspapers, letters to the editor, serial columns and journals edited as well as media such as video tapes, CD disks, musical scores and computer programs. The definition of “publication” is made casually in order to include performing and studio faculty’s performances, exhibits, theatre productions and plans from landscape architecture. The lobby display showcases a representative sampling of the items in the bibliography. The items are arranged by College and then by department. Within the departmental listing, the item is listed by the last name of the first author with cross-references for any subsequent faculty authors. An index of the faculty is also provided. This year, the annual Faculty Publications display in the Library is organized to show these efforts. On the table, you will find a complete bibliography of URI faculty publications published in 2010. An online version is available at http://www.uri.edu/library/faculty_publications/index.html.
