The Holidays are upon us, and, naturally, when you think of the holidays, you think of — Science! From the physics of the dreidel to the biology of reindeer (and the potential of bioluminescence), every symbol, situation, and tradition of the winter holiday season is loaded with Science! For example, this festive pudding alone contains more Science than calories (and how do you know how many calories? That’s right, Science!)!
