With the start of the spring 2002 semester,
there is a new exhibit on display in the University Library in Kingston:
Islam: Culture of Faith and
Beauty
This informational exhibit, on display in the
Library Lobby and Gallery from January 22, 2002 to February 16, 2002, includes examples of
Islamic art, architecture, calligraphy in various mediums and the history of the religion
of Islam. Also included are photos and paintings of mosques of the world and the United
States.
