ComDisDome is an indexing and abstracting tool covering the communications disorders literature, with focus on speech-language pathology and audiology. Dates of coverage are 1950 to current, with some coverage back to 1911. Updated monthly. [user guide]

Consumer-oriented health and drug information from encyclopedias, evidence-based reports, and news sources. This full text database covers both mainstream and alternative medicine, targeting patients’ information needs as well as an overall understanding of health-related topics. Food Science & Technology Abstracts (FSTA) provides access to citations and abstracts dealing with all human food commodities and food processing (except for the production of raw food). Provides consumer health information on many health topics including the medical sciences, food sciences and nutrition, childcare, sports medicine and general health. Covers physical, mental, and psychiatric disabilities, independent living, vocational rehabilitation, special education, assistive technology, law, employment, and other issues related to people with disabilities. Document types indexed include research reports, books, journal articles, and audiovisual materials. 1956-.

Web access to ISI citation databases (Science Citation Index, Social Sciences Citation Index, and Arts & Humanities Citation Index). Contains citations to articles from nearly 8,500 of the most prestigious, high impact research journals in the world. The ability to search by cited reference allows the user to uncover the research that influenced an author’s work or to navigate forward in time to discover a paper’s impact on current research. 1998-.
