The Institutional Learning System was
designed to evaluate the effectiveness of PLAN's evaluation systems. Its focus was on
monitoring, modifying, and evaluating the processes used by PLAN to evaluate projects,
programs, and field offices. Subjects included the field office evaluations, field office
target impact evaluations, programs such as Child Survival, Health Management, and
Micro-enterprise Development, and evaluation methodology as a whole.
The types of records include correspondence, memos, reports, evaluation
forms, questionnaires, manuals, and guidelines. The records are arranged alphabetically by
subject or type of record and chronologically within folders.
