The Publications/Publicity Series contains records relating to PLAN's attempts to publicize its efforts to assist children in need in Europe and third world countries and to raise funds to support those efforts. Included are appeals for funds, articles by PLAN's international executive director Edna Blue, anniversary brochures, reports, informal histories of PLAN, press releases, and stories written by foster children.
