<p>The column covered people and events related to the area of Kingston, Rhode Island, including detailing activites and events at the Kingston campus of the University of Rhode Island.</p><p>
The collection also contains memoranda by Tony Hofford to the Providence Journal regarding payment for the articles. The memoranda are contained within Scrapbook 4. </p><p>
Scrapbook 5 also contains some original typescripts of the Kingston Hill Topics columns.</p>
