YOUR COURSE PROPOSAL(S) MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE FORM
The University Libraries will create a Library Impact Statement for use when new
courses are proposed. Our objective is to work with faculty to evaluate the needs of new
courses in advance of their adoption.
Please complete the brief questionnaire below and return to the Library Subject
Selector or Collection Development Manager AT LEAST ONE WEEK before you intend to submit
the course offering proposal to the CAC and/or Graduate Council. We will return an Impact
Statement in time for you to submit with your course offering form.
