4. Selective Journal Holdings: SCI/SSCI provide rankings of scholarly journals based on a number of categories. The following is the ranking published in Journal Citation Reports for 1998, by impact factor :

"Suggested Core Journals List for Libraries Serving Pharmacy Colleges/Schools", by Nancy Fuller [compiled for the AACP] list 92 "core" pharmacy journals. URI subscribes to 51 of these titles currently, or 55% of the total.
