Includes murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson. Also includes hate crimes, terrorism in the United States, and law enforcement officers killed or assaulted in the line of duty. Statistics are submitted by law enforcement agencies throughout the country.

Access to historical census data describing the people and the economy of the U.S. for each state and county from 1790 to 1960.

Provided by the U.S. Department of Commerce, this offers the full text of patents issued since 1976, and full-page images of patents issued since 1790.
