TYPE The lounge is an open area
LOCATION Located on the second floor of the Multicultural Center. The entrance to the lounge does not have a door. The lounge is located at the end of the hallway.
CAPACITY Holds approximately 20-25 people comfortably.
EQUIPMENT * A large screen TV and a VCR unit.
* A couch;
* Approximately 8 cushioned chairs and stacks of plastic chairs.
* There are no tables in the lounge. If you choose to have tables, please specify on the form below in the comments section.
IMPORTANT NOTES: * PLEASE READ: URI FOOD SERVICE POLICY
Please be advised that if you are having food at your event you must either use URI Dining Services or your licensed caterer must submit a copy of their insurance policy naming URI Board of Governors for Higher Education, State of Rhode Island on the policy to Sheri Davis, URI Scheduling Office, Memorial Union, Kingston RI 02881, Phone (401) 874-2214, Fax (401) 874-9104. This must be in her hands two weeks prior to your event. This is a university policy enforced by the Office of Safety and Risk Management.
* NO DANCE AND/OR PARTY IS ALLOWED IN THIS ROOM.
* For events serving food or dance party, please reserve the Hardge forum, and you may use this reservation form.
