Room Reservations
- The URI Multicultural Center is available to the university community for events, meetings and other programs. The facility includes a forum room, meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a computer classroom with limited audio visual support. Since the MCC's schedule can get very busy, please submit a request as early as possible. To check for possible room availability, please see the MCC Calendar here.

- The Hardge Forum Room 101
The Hardge Forum (Room 101) holds approximately 100 people in an auditorium set-up, or about 75 with tables and chairs. Chalk board, Screen, Digital projector, VCR, DVD, and Microphone are available upon request. Newsprint and/or flip charts, and laptops are not provided by the MCC These items are available upon request and approval and are on a first come first serve basis.
- The Conference Room 201
The Conference Room (Room 201) holds 20-25 people. Tables are set up horseshoe-style; groups needing to change the set-up are asked to return the tables to their original position at the end of the meeting. White board and screen are available in room. Digital projector, VCR, DVD, and TV are available upon request.
- The Computer Classroom Room 005
NOTICE: The Computer Classroom is now an open access lab during 2006-2007 academic year.
The computer classroom holds 30-45 people. White board, Screen, Digital Projector, VCR, DVD, Cassette Player are available upon request.
- The Lounge Room 203
The DaMoura Lounge holds 20-25 people. It is typically used for informal events. The lounge room does not have a door. VCR, DVD, Digital Projector and Large screen TV are available upon request. There are couches and chairs, but no tables. Tables can be requested.
