Conference policy:
1) The guaranteed meal count, bag lunch count or catered meal count for an entire session is required 2 weeks prior to the first meal. Failure to provide the guaranteed count at that time will result in a 10% increase in the meal rates. Groups where participants exceed 1,000 should make every effort to keep us informed of their enrollment prior to the date that the guaranteed count is due.
2) Dining Services will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed count.
3) Actual meal counts that exceed the 5% overage, will be charged a meal rate of 10% higher than the guaranteed rate amount.
4) Cancellations of any meal or event will result in a fee based upon any labor or food charges already assessed to Dining Services.
5) Camps and conferences held on holidays will be required to pay the additional labor rates paid for that day.
