Hotels
The NAAFE Forum 2009 will be held at the Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina, which is located on the waterfront in the heart of beautiful Newport, Rhode Island. A limited number of rooms have been blocked for the duration of the Forum (17-20 May 2009), but not for the OECD workshop that follows the Forum. Early booking is HIGHLY recommended. Information on the hotel can be found at its website, www.newporthotel.com. Instructions on booking rooms will be forthcoming in the near future.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. The deadline for booking hotel rooms is April 20th, 2009.
  2. The rate is $175.00 Single/Double per night.
  3. Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms.
  4. Please use the following code in the "Group Code" field, for online hotel reservations. (0905northa)
  5. This code will only access room nights from May 16th -19th.
