  • If you are registering as a student, you must send a letter from a Professor or a University official attesting your student status. Please send your letters to the forum organizer by fax (1-401-782-4766) or by e-mail (jsutinen@uri.edu or jla@uri.edu ) with the corresponding scanned version.
  • Forum registration fees cover:
    • Attendance at all sessions of the NAAFE Forum 2009, (18-20 May) and the OECD workshop (21-22 May)
    • Welcome reception on Sunday evening, 17 May 2009
    • Three light breakfasts and two lunches plus morning and afternoon refreshments and coffee
    • Forum banquet at a Newport mansion on Tuesday evening, 19 May 2009

Registration Deadline for Presenters: March 31, 2009; all others may register on line up to May 15, 2009, or at the Forum. Note: Higher rates apply (see above) for all registrations after March 31, 2009.

Cancellation policy

A 100% refund of the full registration fee will be given up to March 31, 2009. Between April 1 and April 30, 2009, 50% of the full cost will be refunded. It will not be possible to give a refund on or after May 1, 2009.
