Bio
JOAN CEO, a native of Washington, D.C., is first harpist with the Hartford Symphony and the Connecticut Opera. She studied harp with William Cameron, Sylvia Meyer and Carlos Salzedo. She toured with the Columbia Artists' Angelaires Harp Quintet for two years. Ms. Ceo has also toured with the National Symphony Orchestra and as a duo recitalist with her husband, Joseph, on viola and viola d'amore. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Alpha Iota.
