Requests & Suggestions
Use the form below to request items to add to the holdings of the MRC or to make suggestions.
Before making your request please do the following two things:
- Review the Collection Development Policy to see what items to request for the Music Resource Center and what items to request for the University Library music and music reference collections.
- Search for your requested items in either the HELIN consortium catalog (scores, recordings, textbooks) or Vertical Files (sheet music) to avoid duplications.
University Library Requests

Please be advised that it is the policy of the University Library not to order items that can easily be gotten through ILL (Inter-Library Loan) as cataloged in HELIN. Contact Jim Kinnie if you have questions or concerns regarding this policy.
